📦 Returns and Refunds Policy

At relxforus.com, we are committed to providing you with high-quality RELX products. Please read this policy carefully to understand our returns, refunds, and exchange procedures.

 

1. Final Sale Items (Hygiene & Safety)

 

Due to the nature of vapor products as personal hygiene items and controlled substances, we have strict limitations on returns.

All Vape Pods, Disposable Devices, and E-liquids are considered FINAL SALE.

  • These items cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased, unless they are deemed Dead on Arrival (DOA) due to a manufacturing defect (see Section 3).
  • This ensures the safety and hygiene of all our customers.

 

 

2. General Returns (Non-Defective Hardware)

 

A. Eligibility

This section applies only to unopened, unused Vape Devices (Battery/Mod) and accessories.

 

B. Return Window

You may request a return for eligible items within fourteen (14) days from the date your order was delivered.

 

C. Requirements

 

  • Items must be in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (Order Number).
  • You must contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before mailing anything back. Packages without an RMA will be refused.

 

D. Refunds

 

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping & Handling: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning non-defective items.

 

3. Manufacturing Defects (Dead on Arrival – DOA)

 

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect (DOA), we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

 

A. Reporting Window

You must report the defect to our customer service team within seven (7) days of delivery.

 

B. Verification Process

Please email us with:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. Clear photo or video evidence demonstrating the defect.
  3. The Serial Number (SN) of the product (if applicable).

 

Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement. Note that damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or physical drops is NOT covered.

 

4. International Shipping & Logistics Risks

 

Since some products are shipped from overseas to the U.S., please be aware of the following:

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, relxforus.com is not responsible. You must file a claim with the carrier. If the package is lost in transit (no tracking update for an extended period), we will investigate and may offer a reshipment or refund at our discretion.
  • Customs Seizures: If your package is confiscated, rejected, or destroyed by U.S. Customs due to failure to pay duties or local import bans, no refunds or replacements will be issued.
  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

5. How to Start a Return

 

Please do not return any items without prior authorization.

  2. Subject Line: “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
  3. Include the reason for the return and any necessary evidence (photos/videos).
