- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, subject to successful age verification.
- Age Verification: All orders strictly require age verification (21+). Processing will be paused if verification fails.
- Holidays: Orders are not processed on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Times
We offer shipping options calculated at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 7 – 15 Business Days (Total delivery time).
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated 3 – 7 Business Days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and start after the order has been processed.
3. International Sourcing Disclaimer
Please Note: A portion of our inventory may be shipped from our overseas warehouses directly to your U.S. address.
- Total Timeline: Due to international logistics and customs clearance, standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch. Tracking updates may be limited until the package clears U.S. Customs and is handed over to a domestic carrier (e.g., USPS).
4. Duties and Taxes
- relxforus.com covers the international freight costs.
- Import Liabilities: As the importer, you are responsible for complying with all U.S. federal and state import regulations. In the rare event that Customs Duties, Import Taxes, or Clearance Fees are assessed, these are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
5. Delivery Requirements
- Adult Signature Required (ASR): To comply with U.S. laws, packages containing vapor products may require a signature from an adult (21+) with valid ID upon delivery.
- P.O. Boxes: We generally cannot ship ASR packages to P.O. Box addresses. Please use a physical address.
6. Liability
- relxforus.com is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
- If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
